# Blinq Microsoft Dynamics integration overview

Our Microsoft Dynamics integration connects your Blinq contacts directly to Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Contacts captured in Blinq flow into Dynamics automatically, complete with notes, tags, and campaign attribution. Your team gets clean, contextual data where they already work, without manual exports. The integration is built on Microsoft Entra (Azure AD) sign-in and the Dataverse API, and syncs contacts as **Contact** records, with the option to also create **Lead** records.

## Prerequisites
* You must be an **Admin** or **Owner** in your Blinq workspace to set up and manage the Microsoft Dynamics integration.
* You'll need a **Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales** environment with a **System Administrator** account.
* You'll need your Dynamics **environment URL** (for example, `https://your-company.crm.dynamics.com`).
* Blinq's Microsoft Dynamics integration is available on **Business** and **Enterprise** plans.
