# Configuring Microsoft Dynamics for Blinq

> Add Blinq fields to the Contact and Lead forms your team uses in Microsoft Dynamics.

## Add Blinq fields in Dynamics

<Info>
  For help adding these fields in your Dynamics environment, see Microsoft's documentation: [Add, configure, move, or delete columns on a form](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/model-driven-apps/add-move-or-delete-fields-on-form) and the [model-driven form designer](https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-apps/maker/model-driven-apps/create-and-edit-forms).
</Info>

When you connect Blinq, it automatically creates the following custom fields in your Dynamics environment. They won't appear to your team until you add them to the forms and views you use.

* **Blinq Contact Tags:** contact-level tags applied in Blinq.
* **Blinq Workspace Tags:** workspace-level tags.
* **Blinq Campaign Tags:** campaign tags from linked Blinq campaigns.
* **Blinq Campaigns:** names of linked Blinq campaigns.
* **Blinq Card Link:** a direct link to the contact's Blinq card.

Where you add them depends on how your team has set up Dynamics. For the full field mapping, see the [field reference](/integrations/dynamics/field-reference).

## Blinq Contact Notes in Dynamics

Notes from your Blinq contacts sync automatically to Dynamics, with no setup required. They appear in the record's Timeline by default.
