# Configuring HubSpot for Blinq

> Customize how Blinq data appears in HubSpot.

## Configuring HubSpot

When you connect Blinq, it automatically creates the following custom properties in your HubSpot account. They won't appear in your views until you add them.

* **Blinq Tags:** contact-level tags assigned in Blinq.
* **Blinq Workspace Tags:** workspace-level tags.
* **Blinq Campaign Tags:** tags from campaigns the contact is part of.
* **Blinq Campaigns:** names of campaigns the contact belongs to.
* **Blinq Card:** a direct link to the contact's Blinq card.
* **Blinq ID:** a unique Blinq identifier used for deduplication.

You can configure how data from your Blinq Contacts appears in HubSpot based on your needs and use cases. Here are some example configurations to help you get the most out of your integration.

## CRM: Contacts view

In your Contacts CRM view, you can customize the columns shown to include Blinq-specific fields.

Navigate to your Contacts page in HubSpot (**CRM → Contacts**) and click **Edit columns**, found to the right of the search bar.

In the column editor, search for Blinq and select which information you'd like to include in your default view. When you're done, click **Apply**.

## Contact page view

<Info>
  For more on customizing the record page, see HubSpot's documentation: [Customize records](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/object-settings/customize-records).
</Info>

In your Object settings for Contacts, you can edit the page view for each contact record, allowing you to highlight the Blinq contact information you need.

To edit the Contact page, navigate to your HubSpot **Settings → Data Management → Objects**, then select **Contacts → Record Customization**.

Alternatively, open a contact record and click **Customize** in the top bar.

Here, you can edit the existing Contact page view or create a new page view.

In the page view editor's left-hand column, add a new card and select **Property List**. Here, you can name the card, and add specific property fields to the view. In the **Add Properties** section, you can search for Blinq to show all Blinq contact fields.

## Blinq Contact Notes in HubSpot

Notes from your Blinq contacts sync automatically to HubSpot's native Notes, with no setup required. They appear on the contact record under **Activities → Notes** by default.
