# Blinq monday.com integration overview

> Export contacts captured in Blinq onto a monday.com board automatically, with tags, campaigns, and notes.

Our monday.com integration connects Blinq to your monday.com account.

Contacts your team captures — at events, in meetings, or through lead capture forms — export into monday.com automatically as items on a board you choose, along with their tags, campaigns, notes, and AI Notetaker summaries. It's a native integration, so it behaves the same way as our Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, GoHighLevel, Marketo, and Zoho connections.

monday.com isn't a traditional CRM — everything lives on a board — so Blinq writes into whichever board your team already runs its pipeline on, rather than a fixed contacts object.

Sync is one-way. Contacts move from Blinq into monday.com, and changes made in monday.com don't come back to Blinq.

## Prerequisites

* You must be an **Admin** or **Owner** in your Blinq workspace to connect monday.com and change its settings.
* You'll need to be an account admin in the monday.com account you're connecting. Installing an app is an account-admin action in monday.com.
* You'll need at least one company contact in your Blinq workspace.

  **Nothing for your team to set up.** An admin connects monday.com once for the workspace. Members configure nothing, and contacts they capture on iOS or Android flow through automatically once auto export is on.

monday.com can run alongside Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or any other connected integration. A captured contact exports to every platform you've connected.

## Things to know

* **One board per workspace.** Changing the board clears your existing field mapping. Blinq warns you before the change is applied.
* **Tag names lose their spaces.** monday.com strips spaces from tag names, so "Trade Show" arrives as "TradeShow".
* **Some column types can't be mapped.** People, board relation, formula, mirror, and tags columns aren't available in the field mapper.
* **Items are created by the connecting admin.** Every item is added as the monday.com user who connected the integration, so owner columns aren't filled in.
* **Free and Standard monday.com plans cap API usage** at 1,000 calls a day, so a very large bulk export may rate-limit and retry.
* **App review notice.** Until Blinq is listed on the monday.com marketplace, monday.com shows a notice that the app hasn't been reviewed or approved by monday.com. The connection still works normally.
