# Connecting Pipedrive to Blinq

> Find your Pipedrive subdomain and API token, and connect Pipedrive from your Blinq dashboard.

Connecting Pipedrive takes two values from your Pipedrive account: your subdomain and a personal API token.

## Find your Pipedrive details

    Your subdomain is the part of your Pipedrive URL before `.pipedrive.com`. For `acme.pipedrive.com`, the subdomain is `acme`.

  <Step title="Copy your API token">
    In Pipedrive, click your account name in the top right, open **Personal preferences**, then the **API** tab, and copy your personal API token.

<Warning>
  This is a personal token, so it belongs to the Pipedrive user who generated it. If that person leaves or their Pipedrive access is removed, the connection stops working and an admin needs to reconnect with a new token. Generate it from an account that will outlast any one team member.

## Connect Pipedrive in Blinq

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open your integrations">
    In the Blinq [dashboard](https://dash.blinq.me), go to **Settings**, then the **Integrations** tab.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Start the connection">
    Under **Export contacts**, find **Pipedrive** and select **Connect**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review the access Blinq needs">
    Read what the integration will do, then select **Next**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter your subdomain">
    Type your Pipedrive subdomain, then select **Next**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter your API token">
    Paste the token you copied from Pipedrive, then select **Next**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Wait for setup to finish">
    Blinq sets up the connection, which can take a few minutes. When you see **You're connected**, select **Finish**.

    **Pipedrive is connected.** It now shows a **Settings** button in your integrations list. Next, [choose when contacts export](/integrations/pipedrive/configuring-blinq).
