# Blinq Zoho CRM integration overview

> Export contacts captured in Blinq to Zoho CRM as Leads or Contacts, automatically or after manual review.

Our Zoho CRM integration connects Blinq to your Zoho account.

Contacts your team captures — at events, in meetings, or through lead capture forms — export into Zoho as either Leads or Contacts, whichever you choose. You decide whether they go across as soon as they're captured, or wait for someone to review them first.

Sync is one-way. Contacts move from Blinq into Zoho, and changes made in Zoho don't come back to Blinq.

## Prerequisites

* You must be an **Admin** or **Owner** in your Blinq workspace to connect Zoho and change its settings.
* You'll need Zoho credentials with permission to authorize a connected app. Admin credentials are recommended.
* You'll need to know which Zoho region hosts your account.
* You'll need at least one company contact in your Blinq workspace.

  **Zoho receives a contact once, when it's exported.** Edits you make to that contact in Blinq afterwards aren't sent to Zoho, and neither are notes or tags. If your team relies on keeping records current in both places, update the Zoho record directly.

Zoho can run alongside Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or any other connected integration. A captured contact exports to every platform you've connected.
