# Blinq Zoho CRM integration overview

> Connect your Blinq contacts directly to Zoho CRM so captured contacts flow into your CRM automatically.

Our Zoho CRM integration connects your Blinq contacts directly to Zoho CRM.

Contacts captured in Blinq flow into Zoho automatically, complete with notes, tags, and campaign attribution. Your team gets clean, contextual data where they already work, without manual exports.

You can install and configure the Zoho CRM integration from your [Blinq dashboard](/integrations/zoho/connecting-zoho).

If your workspace is still on the Merge-based Zoho connection, you'll see an **Upgrade** button (with a warning icon) instead of **Connect** next to Zoho on your workspace's **Settings → Integrations** page. Click it to move to the native integration, or [contact support](mailto:support@blinq.me) if you have questions.

## Prerequisites

* You must be an **Admin** or **Owner** in your Blinq workspace to set up and manage the Zoho CRM integration.
* You'll need Zoho credentials with permission to authorize a connected app. Admin credentials are recommended.
* You'll need to know which Zoho data centre hosts your account.
* Blinq's Zoho CRM integration is available on **Business** and **Enterprise** plans.
