# Connecting Zoho CRM to Blinq

> Choose your Zoho data centre, authorize Blinq, and choose Leads or Contacts.

Zoho connects through a sign-in and authorize flow, so there are no API keys to copy. The one thing to get right is your data centre.

## Check your Zoho data centre

Zoho hosts accounts in several data centres, and each has its own domain. The one you pick during setup has to match the one your account lives in — if it doesn't, the connection won't find your account.

The quickest way to check is to look at the domain you use to sign in to Zoho.

## Connect Zoho in Blinq

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open your integrations">
    In the Blinq [dashboard](https://dash.blinq.me), go to **Settings**, then the **Integrations** tab.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Start the connection">
    Under **Export contacts**, find **Zoho CRM** and select **Connect**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose which credentials to use">
    Select **Use my admin credentials** or **Use my non-admin credentials**. Admin credentials are recommended, and avoid permission problems later.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Review the access Blinq needs">
    Read what the integration will do, then select **Next**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select your account data centre">
    Choose the data centre matching your Zoho account, then select **Open window**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Sign in and authorize">
    Sign in to Zoho in the window that opens, and approve the access Blinq requests.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Choose Leads or Contacts">
    Pick the Zoho module new contacts should sync into. You can change this later in your integration settings.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Map your fields">
    Review the default field mapping in the Field Mapper tab, or add your own. See [Blinq field mapping](/features/field-mapping) for how this works.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Wait for setup to finish">
    Blinq sets up the connection, which can take a few minutes. When you see **You're connected**, select **Finish**.

  <Check>
    **Zoho CRM is connected.** It now shows a **Settings** button in your integrations list. Next, [control how contacts sync and export on demand](/integrations/zoho/configuring-blinq).

<Warning>
  The connection is authorized by the Zoho user who signs in. If that person leaves or loses access in Zoho, exports stop and an admin needs to reconnect.
