Overview

Tags let teams categorise and segment contacts in Blinq. They can be applied at the point of capture or when editing a contact record, making it easy to filter and report on contacts by source or activity. Blinq has three types of tags, each with a different scope.

Contact/Personal tags

Contact tags are added by individual users to their own contacts. They can be created and applied directly on the contact.

Workspace tags

Workspace tags are shared across the workspace. Admins create these tags in Settings → Tags and they appear as a pick-list, where they can be applied to contacts.

Campaign tags

Campaign tags are applied automatically when a contact is captured through a Blinq campaign. Use campaign tags to quickly identify which campaign the contact came from.
