Open Settings

  • In the Blinq dashboard, navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu.
  • Select the Integrations tab.
  • Click Connect on the Microsoft Dynamics integration.

Enter your Dynamics environment URL

Enter your Dynamics environment URL when prompted (for example, https://your-company.crm.dynamics.com).

Sign in to Microsoft

A pop-up window opens. Sign in to Microsoft using an account with System Administrator access to your Dynamics environment, and approve the requested permissions.

Confirm

Once authorized, close the pop-up window. Your Blinq dashboard opens with the Microsoft Dynamics integration settings visible.

Microsoft Dynamics is now connected to Blinq.
