Signatures that won’t sync, error text that points at the wrong thing, and signatures that don’t appear in Gmail.
| Symptom | Cause and fix |
|---|---|
| Most of your team fails, a handful work | The Marketplace app was installed for selected groups or organisational units, and the people who work are the ones inside them. Reinstall for the whole organisation, or widen the assignment to cover everyone with a Blinq signature. |
| Domain not in Google Workspace, but the domain is fine in Google | The domain isn’t registered on the Blinq side. This check runs before Blinq ever contacts Google, so the message points at the wrong system. It usually means the domain came into use after you connected. Email support@blinq.me to have it added — there’s no self-serve screen for this. |
| User not found | No Gmail account in your Google Workspace matches the email on the signature. Check for a typo, and check the person hasn’t been suspended or had their address changed. |
| Sync failed with no further detail | Either the integration is no longer active, or the Marketplace app was removed or had its access revoked in Google Workspace. Check the app is still installed and assigned, then sync again. |
| Everything says Synced but nothing appears in Gmail | Give it time before treating it as broken. Blinq marks a signature synced as soon as Google accepts it, and Google applies it to the mailbox some time afterwards. |
| A signature won’t push, and it was created before you turned sync on | Signatures created while Sync New Email Signatures was off may not be pushable individually. Contact support@blinq.me. |
| The install never finishes | Google allows up to 24 hours. Past that, email support rather than waiting — they can check whether the install completed and finish it from their side. |
| A signature is out of date after a card was updated | Signatures aren’t linked to cards. Edit the signature itself and the change syncs from there. |
| Someone needs two different signatures | Google allows one signature per email address, so this isn’t possible. |
| Your organisation has more than one Google Workspace tenant | Blinq connects to one tenant per workspace. Contact support to talk through the options. |
