Connect monday.com in Blinq
1
Open your integrations
In the Blinq dashboard, go to Settings, then the Integrations tab.
2
Start the connection
Under Export contacts, find monday.com and select Connect. A monday.com pop-up opens.
3
Install and authorise
Sign in to monday.com if you aren’t already. Blinq installs its monday.com app in the same pop-up, then shows the consent screen. Review the access Blinq needs and confirm.
4
Pick your board
The pop-up closes and your monday.com settings open in Blinq, with a board already selected — usually your Leads or Contacts board. Choose a different board or group if you’d rather, then select Save.
To check everything works, capture or create a test contact and watch it appear on your monday.com board.
“This app hasn’t been reviewed or approved by monday.com.” You’ll see this notice on the consent screen until Blinq is listed on the monday.com marketplace. The connection works normally, and the notice disappears once our listing is live.
Who connects it
An admin or owner connects and disconnects monday.com at the workspace level. Nobody else on your team needs to do anything — reps don’t install anything or sign in to monday.com, and contacts they capture on the mobile apps sync through automatically once the connection is live.Reconnecting
monday.com refresh tokens expire after three months without use, so a workspace that has been idle sees a Reconnect prompt on the Integrations page. Reconnect once and your exports pick up where they left off.Don’t see monday.com under Export contacts? Check your plan first, then contact support@blinq.me.
