Configuring Blinq

Once you export a Blinq contact to Salesforce, it keeps its original type. A Lead stays a Lead and a Contact stays a Contact.
Once connected, you can control how Blinq syncs data to Salesforce. Toggle any option on or off at any time from Settings → Integrations → Salesforce.

Export contacts as Contacts or Leads

Choose whether Blinq exports your contacts to Salesforce as Contacts or Leads. You can update this setting at any time in your integration settings.

Automatically update changes to Blinq contacts in Salesforce

When enabled, Blinq automatically updates Salesforce whenever you change a contact’s details. Your CRM stays current without manual re-entry.

Sync contact notes

When enabled, Blinq syncs notes from a contact to Salesforce as Notes on the associated Contact or Lead record.

Sync contact tags

When enabled, Blinq syncs tags from a contact (including contact tags, workspace tags, and campaign tags) to custom fields on the Salesforce record.

Automatically export new Blinq contacts to Salesforce

When enabled, Blinq automatically exports every new contact to Salesforce. When disabled, you can still export contacts one at a time from All company contacts.

Sharing contacts to Salesforce

Blinq automatically shares contacts captured on a team card with your team. No manual sharing required.
Export contacts to Salesforce from Blinq → Contacts → All company contacts. Blinq doesn’t export your personal contacts to Salesforce unless you’ve shared them with your team. If you haven’t shared a contact with your organization yet, you can share it from the Share menu on the individual contact record, in the dashboard or Blinq app.
