Blinq syncs contact data to Salesforce fields on the Contact or Lead record, depending on your export type setting. Blinq creates these custom fields automatically when you connect the integration.
If the following information is present on the Blinq contact, Blinq syncs it to the corresponding Salesforce field.
| Blinq contact field | Salesforce field |
|---|
| Name | Name |
| Job title | Title |
| Company | Company (Lead) / Account Name (Contact) |
| Email (first/primary) | Email |
| Phone number | Phone / Mobile |

| Blinq Card URL | Blinq Card Link (custom field) |
| Contact tags | Blinq Contact Tags (custom field) |
| Workspace tags | Blinq Workspace Tags (custom field) |
| Campaign tags | Blinq Campaign Tags (custom field) |

Blinq creates the following custom fields in Salesforce when you connect the integration. These fields appear on both Contact and Lead records.
| Field name | Description |
|---|
| Blinq Card Link | A direct link to the contact’s Blinq card |
| Blinq Contact Tags | Contact-level tags applied in Blinq |
| Blinq Workspace Tags | Workspace-level tags |
| Blinq Campaign Tags | Campaign tags from linked Blinq campaigns |
| Blinq Campaigns | Names of linked Blinq campaigns |
Deduplication
Blinq matches existing Salesforce records on unique email address.
- When you export a Blinq contact, Blinq checks for an existing Contact or Lead record with the same email address.
- If Blinq finds a match, it updates the existing record. If not, it creates a new one.
Blinq matches contacts within their export type: Leads match against existing Leads, and Contacts against existing Contacts. Records don’t merge across types.
