Add Blinq fields in Zoho

When you connect Blinq, it automatically creates the following custom fields in your Zoho account. They won’t appear in your list or detail views until you add them.
  • Blinq Contact Tags: contact-level tags applied in Blinq.
  • Blinq Workspace Tags: workspace-level tags.
  • Blinq Campaign Tags: campaign tags from linked Blinq campaigns.
  • Blinq Campaigns: names of linked Blinq campaigns.
  • Blinq Card Link: a direct link to the contact’s Blinq card.
For help adding fields to your layouts and views in Zoho, see Zoho’s documentation: Customizing layouts.
To add a Blinq field to a Leads or Contacts view:
1

Open Setup

In Zoho CRM, click the gear icon and select Setup.
2

Open the module you sync to

Under Customization → Modules and Fields, select Leads or Contacts, matching what you chose when you connected Blinq.
3

Open the layout

Select the layout your team uses, then open the layout editor.
4

Add the Blinq fields

Drag each Blinq field from the field palette onto the layout where you’d like it to appear, then save.
To show a Blinq field as a column in a list view, open the view, select the column settings icon, and add the field from there.

Field mapping

Zoho fields — including any custom fields specific to your account — are available in Blinq’s field mapper, so you can map any Blinq contact or custom form field to the Zoho field of your choice.

Notes and AI Notetaker summaries

Blinq syncs contact notes and AI Notetaker summaries to the associated Zoho Lead or Contact record. We’ll update this page with the exact destination field once it’s finalized on the Zoho side.
