Configuring Blinq

Once connected, you can control how Blinq syncs data to HubSpot. All options can be toggled on or off at any time from Settings → Integrations → HubSpot.

Automatically update changes to Blinq contacts in HubSpot

When enabled, Blinq automatically updates HubSpot whenever you change a contact’s details. Your CRM stays current without manual re-entry.

Sync contact tags and notes

When enabled, Blinq syncs notes and tags from a contact straight to HubSpot. Relationship context travels with the contact: conversation notes, tags, and campaign labels.

Automatically export new Blinq contacts to HubSpot

When enabled, Blinq automatically exports every new contact to HubSpot as a new contact record. When disabled, you can still export contacts manually, one at a time, from All company contacts.

Sharing contacts to HubSpot

Export contacts to HubSpot from Blinq → Contacts → All company contacts. Blinq doesn’t export your personal contacts to HubSpot unless you share them with your team. If you haven’t shared a contact with your organization yet, you can share it from the Share menu on the individual contact record, in the dashboard or Blinq app.

You can configure the HubSpot integration to automatically sync updates to existing contacts and automatically export any new ones. If you don’t want automatic export or syncing, or you need to push a manual update, you can trigger an export or sync from the Blinq dashboard. Sync all contacts: in Settings → Integrations, click the HubSpot integration’s Settings. At the bottom of the menu, click Sync contacts. Export all contacts: from the All company contacts view on the Contacts page, click Export contacts at the top of the page. When the integration is active, you’ll see a to HubSpot option.
