There are two ways to disconnect the HubSpot integration, depending on how it was installed:
  • From the Blinq dashboard, in your integration settings.
  • From HubSpot, by uninstalling the Blinq app in your connected apps (if you installed it via the HubSpot Marketplace).

How disconnecting affects your HubSpot account and data

Both methods have the same effect: as soon as you disconnect, Blinq stops sending contact details to your HubSpot account.
  • New contacts are no longer exported. Contacts you capture in Blinq stay in Blinq.
  • Contact updates stop syncing. Changes to contacts, notes, and tags in Blinq are no longer sent to HubSpot.
  • CRM insights stop flowing back. Blinq no longer receives HubSpot data about your contacts, so CRM insights from HubSpot won’t appear in Blinq.
Nothing already in HubSpot is removed — contacts and data Blinq has synced remain in your HubSpot account.

Disconnecting from the Blinq dashboard

1

Open Settings

  • In the Blinq dashboard, navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu.
  • Select the Integrations tab.
2

Disconnect HubSpot

Find the HubSpot integration and click Disconnect.
3

Confirm

Confirm you want to disconnect when prompted.
HubSpot is now disconnected from Blinq.

Uninstalling the Blinq app from HubSpot

If you installed the integration through the HubSpot Marketplace, you can also disconnect it by uninstalling the Blinq app from within HubSpot. Follow HubSpot’s own guide: Uninstall an app. To reconnect at any time, follow the steps in Connecting HubSpot.
